Financial Assistance

Thanks to our generous donors, our Annual Support Campaign raises over $150,000 to fund our scholarship assistance program. Through our Annual Support Campaign, we are able to make the YMCA accessible to all. Two types of financial assistance are available through the YMCA of Georgia's Piedmont. The first is membership and the second is for programs. Household incomes below $50,000 may be eligible to take part in this financial assistance.

How to Apply:

Complete a scholarship application which is available at the Welcome Center or click here to download the application. Then submit with all the required documentation.
Based on the information that you provide, financial assistance will be awarded within a 30 day period.

Our Annual Support Campaign program considers an applicant's overall financial situation, including monthly income and expenses. Through this, the YMCA takes the extra step to make the Y accessible to all.

MY Y IS NOW
EVERY Y IN Georgia

The Y movement is for youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. We want to encourage members to utilize the Y as often as they can. Sometimes, it’s more convenient for members to utilize a Y in a different location when traveling, near a workplace or in another region. Now, full facility/full privilege YMCA members have the flexibility to use other Y facilities throughout Georgia at no extra charge.

How It Works

Simply present your active YMCA membership card and photo ID at any participating Georgia YMCA and enjoy free access. See important Program Details below .

So get out, explore Georgia and stay connected to the Y!
