Payment Options

Annual invoice members may pay annually upon the anniversary of their date of joining.

• Annual invoice memberships require an enrollment fee. If a member allows their membership fees to lapse past 30 days they will be required to pay the enrollment fee again and any back membership fees to be reinstated.
• To upgrade to a family membership to an existing membership will require the payment, in full, of the differential fee for spouse and/or family, pro-rated to the annual renewal date of the existing membership.
• Our goal is to satisfy our members. If at any time a member is not satisfied, the unused portion of an annual invoice membership will be refunded.

Bank draft members may choose to be drafted on the 1st or the 15th of the month. To do this we require a voided check and a signed bank authorization form, which represents your approval for the withdrawal of funds monthly from your checking account.   You can also use a credit card.

• Bank draft memberships require an enrollment fee. If a member allows their membership fees to lapse past 30 days they will be required to pay the enrollment fee again and any back membership fees to be reinstated.
• When upgrading to family memberships, additional dues are required to cover the intervening period until the next bank draft is processed at the new rate. The additional dues will activate the memberships for new family members immediately.
• Membership privileges for the canceled members will not be terminated until the next monthly draft is drawn at the decreased rate.
• Cancellation - Thirty (30) days written notice is required to allow the YMCA time to complete the processing of a bank draft cancellation. You must complete a cancellation card and submit it to the front desk staff. Your signature is required to be on file with the cancellation form.
• Bank draft is ongoing until stopped by the member with a cancellation card or annual payment.
