•  Brad Akins Branch, Winder, GA – Aquatics Director:  Seeking outgoing, self starter, with strong communication and organizational skills for full time aquatics director to oversee year round aquatics programming, lifeguard and swim instructor staff, of 2 pools (1 indoor and 1 outdoor) and function as head coach of year round competitive swim team. Previous aquatics experience, CPO and lifeguard certification, and 4 year degree in related field a plus. Evenings and weekends required in addition to participation in YMCA special events. The Brad Akins Branch is the flagship branch of the YMCA of Georgia’s Piedmont with 2200 membership units. 12% retirement, health benefits, paid vacation/sick leave.
