 All Winder YMCA members ages 55 and older are invited to join us each month as we venture out into North Georgia. Transportation is provided by the YMCA, so all you need to bring is money for lunch out on the town & your youthful personality!
All trips leave the YMCA at 9am unless otherwise noted. Please RSVP with the YMCA front desk by the Friday before each event. You can register online or at the YMCA for all outings.

| May 27 - Wolfe Mountain Vineyards. $10 per person due at time of registration for transportation. Additional $10 optional fee due day of trip for guided tour of vineyards. Bus leave Y at 10am. Lunch at vineyard café on own. |

| June 9 - Princess Di Exhibit at the Atlanta Civic Center. $20 per person due by May 1st. View clothing and jewels from Pricess Diana's closet. Price includes admission and transportation. Lunch arter tour additional. Bus leaves Brad Akins YMCA at 10am. |
| June 30 - DeKalb Farmer’s Market. Bus leave the Y at 9am. NO FEE (Transportation pro- vided). Lunch on own at the market as well as shopping for fresh meats and produce. |

| July 17 - Phantom of the Opera at the Fox Theatre. $55 per person due at YMCA by July 1st. Bring additional money for lunch before hte show at the Spaghetti Factory. Bus leaves YMCA at 11am. |

| August 17-19 - Nashville and the Grand Ole Opry. $350 per person due by Jyly 16th. $50 due at time of booking. Price includes 1 dinners and 1 lunch, admission to all attractions, transportation, room and taxes for double occupancy. Tour the Hermitage and Belle Meade Plantation, take a riverboat cruise, see a live show at the Grand Ole Opry and the Country Music Hall of Fame. |

| September 11-18 - Fall Foliage Cruise. To New England and Canada aboard Carnival "Glory." Approx $1800 per person. Ports of call include New York, City, Boston, Portland, Maine, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. $250 Deposit due by April 10th. Passport required. |

| November 11 - Thanksgiving Potluck. No charge. The YMCA provides the turkey and you bring a side to share. 6:30pm |

| Christmas at Disney. $380 per person. Trip includes 2 nights at a Disney Hotel, admission to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas at the Magic Kingdom, and tour of Kennedy Space Center. Dates and full pricing available after July 1st. |
Lunch and Learns
Connect with friends and learn how to care for yourself during your youthful years. Bring a pot luck dish to share. We meet the 3rd Thursday of each month at 12:30pm
Silver Sneakers
Medicaid and Medicare supplemental insurance plans may be eligible for the “Silversneakers” Fitness program which covers your YMCA Membership Dues. Check with your insurance provider for eligibility and complete details.
- Chair Aerobics - classes held weekly just for our “Silversneakers”. Schedules available at the Welcome Center.
- Silver Circuit - Classes held in the Wellness Center. See Sheila in the Wellness Center for an orientation
