Active Older Adults/Silversneakers

 

The Bell Family Branch participates in the nation wide Silversneakers (TM) Fitness program. This program, offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield and Humana, are part of a Medicare and Medicaid supplemental plan that covers the cost of your YMCA membership.

Stop by the YMCA anytime for a tour and to find out if you are eligible.

*Eligibility is based on your Medicare supplemental insurance plan and is only available through Blue Cross Blue Shield and Humana.

Please RSVP with the YMCA front desk by the Friday before each event. You can register online or at the YMCA for all outings.

March 30 - Atlanta Botanical Gardens.  $25 for members.  Bring additional money for lunch  Bus leaves Hartwell Y at 8am.
April 27 - Callaway Plantation and Robert Thomas Home in Washington, GA.  $25 for members.  Bring additional money for lunch.  Bus leaves Hartwell Y at 7am
May 5 - The Color Purple at the Classic Center in Athens, GA.  $55 for members.  Dinner in Athens before the show is included.  Bus leaves the Hartwell Y at 5pm.
June 6-10. Caribbean Cruise - $630/person.  Details available at the welcome center.
July 27 - Dekalb Farmes Market - Free for members.  Bring additional money for lunch.  Bus leaves the Hartwell Y at 7:30am.
